Profile

I’m a musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist, and I’ve worked in clinics in Italy and the Netherlands with everyone from everyday patients to athletes. Alongside clinical work, I’ve coached as a personal trainer in high-end studios, where my job was to bring rehab, exercise, performance and health together.

Everything I do starts with clinical reasoning, the best available evidence and a plan built around the person in front of me. I’m at home in interprofessional, multidisciplinary teams.

About me

I’m a physiotherapist, but I’m also an athlete, and I’ve always loved sport and movement. From competitive archery to CrossFit, with skiing, running, powerlifting, windsurfing, cycling and strength training along the way, I know first-hand how movement can test you, push you and inspire you.

That shapes how I work. To me, rehab isn’t just the road back from an injury. It’s a chance to build a new relationship with your body, and to understand it better.

A body going through an injury adapts, changes and learns. My job isn’t just to fix the injury. With your long-term health in mind, I help you make sense of those changes, give you the tools to handle them, and get you back to moving, training and living well, more aware and more independent than before.
